Robb has over thirty years experience in successful start ups and rapidly growing organizations in a variety of industries. Several of those organizations were sold to private equity and one to a publicly traded company.

He is driven by his passion to serve families similar to his own, and understands the importance of finding quality treatment with providers who are willing to work closely with client’s and their loved ones to maximize the possibility of a positive treatment outcomes. Robb’s commitment to delivering quality services and support for each and every patient (and their families) is the cornerstone of Shadow Mountain Recovery’s mission.

Robb grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and has spent the past 30 years living in California, where he enjoys spending time boating, his two adult children and beautiful wife.

Manny began his career working as an Operations Consultant within several Emergency Rooms across the United States. During his time as an Ops. Consultant, Manny acquired extensive experience in EHR system implementation, Operations Management, Managerial Finance, and Continuous Quality Improvement. His primary focus was on improving quality and throughput within the ER and improving patient experience , which led to improved Core Quality Measures, leading to increased Hospital reimbursements. He later began working with Elements Behavioral Health, with the focus on utilizing data analytics to improve payer relations, revenue cycle management, treatment outcomes and the patient experience. He has a key specialty in developing strong teams to execute financial objectives while developing a culture that is highly patient-centric.

Manny’s passion and goal for the Behavioral Health industry is to reduce the stigma towards treatment and improve patient equity and knowledge on the different modalities of treatment.

When Manny is not at work, he is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). He also enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling to Mexico to visit ancient ruins. He received a B.S. degree in Bio Immunology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master’s degree in Health Administration from George Washington University.

Coni brings 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry to include Physician Services, Dialysis, Behavioral Health, Contracts, Credentialing, and Revenue Cycle Management.

She was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and currently resides in Hendersonville Tennessee.  Coni attended the Nashville College of Registered Medical and Nursing program with a focus in Medical Coding, Billing and Physician Assistant. She loves the challenge of start-up company implementation and  Revenue/Denial Management, with exceptional appeal overturn success.

Coni spends her time outside the office with her husband, daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren.  Coni is an avid sports fan, lifelong CHICAGO CUBS fan, most weekends she is traveling to her grandsons baseball games.  She also enjoys cooking, canning, freezing, and music of all genres.
